Dr. Zaid Alsamir, D.D.S, F.I.C.O.I.

Dr. Zaid Alsamir is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He attended the University of Virginia and received his B.A. in Biology in 2009. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Alsamir earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2013. He then moved to Chicago to practice general dentistry. After a couple of years, Dr. Alsamir was excited to return home in Virginia and settle back in Richmond.

He believes that excellence in dental practice requires ongoing education and commitment to strong ethical standards. He is certified in Invisalign and has completed continuing education courses on dental implants and and full mouth reconstruction.

Dr. Alsamir enjoys hiking, banging on his drum set, playing tennis and hanging out with his wife and son.

Dr. Alsamir is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Seattle Study Club, Triangle Dental Institue, Alabama Implant Education, and World Clinical Laser Institute

Dr. Donald G. Trawick, D.D.S. - Emeritus Dentist

Dr. Trawick provided dental health care in Chesterfield County for over 40 years since graduating from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1974. He retired in December of 2019.

Dr. Trawick enjoys being an active member in his community and has been a soccer coach, church member, and officer and member of the BMW Lyons’ Club. He and his wife live locally and enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.
